at cobb, we’re not big on trends. in a world of fast fashion, we offer a timeless collection of six shoe which stand the test of time. we make six classic styles in two colours. a distinct line of effortless, functional shoe, clean and minimalist, with a signature numerical stamp on the sole signifying that style and simplicity. we don’t change our collection, nor the last, or the fit, making your choice simple, repeat orders easy and since we're online, we're super easy to find; we’ve done all the hard work so you don’t have to. cobb london is perfect for those who know exactly what they want.

Where can I wear Cobb shoes? For work? For smart casual occasions?
cobb london shoes are for gentlemen who require the stylish smart look, for work, formal occasions, and, for play - after work, dress down fridays, country casual or weekend weddings.

Can I buy Cobb shoes on the high street or in a store?
Cobb shoes are currently only available via our online store.
Where are the shoes made?

What are the materials used to make the shoe?
our shoe is made from 100% calf skin leather uppers with a composite sole.

I'm not sure about sizing. Do you have a size chart?

What are the differences between the six shoes?
each cobb london shoe is a different classic style with a signature numerical stamp on the sole signifying that style and simplicity. please see each shoe's page for a detailed description of the shoe, its history and what to wear them with. you can see our full collection here

Can the shoes be re-soled?
Yes. A cobbler can apply a new sole, or will be able to remove the existing composite sole and replace with a similar sole. The shoes can also be reheeled.
What should I do if I haven't got a confirmation email once purchased?We send an automatic confirmation email for every order. If it hasn't hit your inbox, please check your spam and junk folders. If you haven't received it, please send us an email at sales@cobblondon.com and we will investigate and resend you the email.
I have a discount code - where should I enter it?
If you have a discount code, please enter it at the first stage of checkout in the discount code box provided.

I have placed an order. When will it be processed and shipped?

Orders processed after 4pm uk-time will be processed next day. this means that if you order at 5pm on a Monday, and choose "next day", it will not be dispatched until tuesday, and should arrive Wednesday.

Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
How can I track the progress of my order?
You will receive a confirmation of your order via email, including a tracking link.

I see you have a pre-order. What is this?
From time to time, when demand is high and stock is low, we allow you to pre-order and receive an anticipated timeline for delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Are payments on your site secure?
We use the Shopify eCommerce platform which includes an SSL certificate that uses industry standard 128 bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.

Is your site secure?
Cobb London is an encrypted online store. We use HTTPS instead of HTTP to add a new layer of security.

What payment currencies do you accept?
You can buy in local currency in GB Pound Sterling, US Dollar, Euro, Canadian Dollar, Yuan Renminbi, Japanese Yen, Danish Krone, Swedish Krona, Norwegian Krone, and Australian Dollar. For the rest of the world, we offer checkout in GBP.

Can I amend my order after I have placed it?
You can amend your order any time prior to checkout, but once placed, it cannot be amended.

Can I cancel my order?
We may be able to cancel your order if it has not been dispatched. To do so, please email us at sales@cobblondon.com including your name, the order number, your email address through which you placed the order and your telephone number. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns process.
What shipping options do you offer?

We offer free shipping within the UK. We use "Royal Mail 48" - with delivery within 2-3 days.

We can also provide UK next day delivery with "Royal Mail Tracked 24" for an additional £3.00 per shoe order.

Do you ship to Europe?
Yes, absolutely! We provide tracked shipping free to Europe.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do. We offer worldwide tracked shipping free of charge.

My order is being delivered outside the EU. Will I have to pay import taxes and fees?
You may have to, but we have no view on this and cannot confirm what those taxes or importation fees might be. In all cases, such importation taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser as per our terms of service. In each order, we do include the necessary documents for customs and border control.

What is the Cobb returns policy?

We offer an exchange and refund service subject to conditions. If you're in the UK and not entirely happy with your item(s), you can return them free of charge for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Outside of the UK, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Conditions of return:

1. Items must be unworn and unused, in their original condition, and you must have your receipt and/or delivery documents as proof of purchase.

2. Shoes that are returned with creased or scuffed leather or any marking to the soles from being tried on will not be eligible for refund.

3. We use fine calfskin and detailed soles which must be tried on with care.

4. The accompanying shoe bag, shoe horn and shoe box are all considered part of the product and must all be returned unmarked.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Any items returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse in the UK.

What is the returns process?

In the UK, we provide free returns with CollectPlus. It’s a convenient, trusted way to return parcels via local shops, petrol stations, universities and shopping centres. There are over 7,500 stores in the UK, open from early in the morning until late in the evening, 7 days a week.

Outside the UK, please contact us via email at returns@cobblondon.com providing your name, email address with which you placed the order and your order number, and we will provide return instructions.

Will I receive a notification when you have refunded me?

You will receive an email to confirm that we have received and accepted your return in original condition and that a refund has been processed.

Something is wrong with my shoes.

Oh dear. We have rigorous quality controls at Cobb London. However, sometimes a shoe slips through the net. Within 30 days of purchase, if you have an issue, contact us via our returns link here and we will be happy to help.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Can I exchange my purchase for a different pair?

If you want to exchange your purchase for a different pair, simply return your unworn, brand new shoes for a refund. Once accepted and refunded, then place a fresh order for the new pair.
